How to contact customer service?
We are available Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. to respond to all your requests, by email at “bonjour@omy.fr”.
I sent an email to bonjour@omy.fr, when will I get a response?
We will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours (working days). Delivery times may vary very slightly during periods of special offers or at Christmas time for example, when we are in high demand. If you have not received a response after this time, do not hesitate to send us an email, as your message may have fallen into our spam folder.
I would like to create a custom portrait, who should I contact?

How do I access my order tracking?
Once your order has been validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Simply click on “Track my order” in the body of the email to access the tracking of your package. You can also consult your tracking directly via your OMY account. To do this, log in by clicking on “My account” at the top right of our site, then click on “My orders”. Then simply click on the tracking number.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
It all depends on the delivery method you have chosen, as well as the country where you wish to be delivered. To find out more about our service providers, delivery times and our prices, you can contact us by email at bonjour@omy.fr!
I placed an order this weekend, when will you ship my order?
Our warehouse is open Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday. In the event of a public holiday, the order is processed the following day as well.
I would like to modify the content or delivery method of my order, how do I do it?
Unfortunately, once validated, it is impossible for us to add or remove one or more items to your order. Do not hesitate to contact us via bonjour@omy.fr to find a solution together.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can cancel and issue a refund. In this case, contact us by email via the address bonjour@omy.fr ! If the order has been sent to the warehouse, unfortunately it will no longer be possible for us to cancel it. In this case, if you do not wish to keep your items, you can return your products to us by contacting us by email via the address bonjour@omy.fr !
Is it possible to change the delivery date of my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to reschedule a delivery. Via Colissimo, if you are not present during delivery, your package is placed in your mailbox if its size allows it. Otherwise, a delivery will be rescheduled. If you are not present for the second visit, your order will be dropped off at a relay point near your home. For DPD, a date and time will be sent to you by email, you can then choose whether or not to modify it only from the DPD website.
What are the payment methods for placing an order on your site?
Only payment by credit card and Paypal is possible. For associations and town halls, it is possible to pay for your order via Administrative Mandate, to do this please send us an email to bonjour@omy.fr
Is the OMY site secure?
Yes, the OMY site does not take note of your banking information at any time.
Is it possible to order by phone?
It is not yet possible to place an order by telephone because we are not authorized to see your bank details. The validation of your order must therefore be done by you directly online. If you have difficulty paying, do not hesitate to contact us at bonjour@omy.fr !
I have a promo code, where can I put it to benefit from it?
Once your basket is validated, during payment, insert your promo code in the tab named “Discount code”. Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible for us to take into account the addition of a promotional code. Do not hesitate to contact us at bonjour@omy.fr so that together we can find the solution that suits you best.
How to return a product purchased on your e-shop?
To return a product, send an e-mail to “bonjour@omy.fr”, indicating your last name, first name, telephone number, order number, reason for return, proof of the alleged non-conformity of the product. We will send you a return label. The return of your product must be made within 14 days of purchase. The product must be intact and in its original packaging.
I returned item(s), how long will it take for me to receive a refund?
Our reimbursement times are on average one to 2 weeks. These times may vary depending on the delivery of your package and the time it takes to receive/verify the status of the products at our warehouse.
