Who is responsible for your data

For orders delivered to the United States and Canada, Omy Design & Play, Inc., 18 Olsen Rd, Rhinebeck, NY 12572, USA, is also a controller of the data needed for those orders.

Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers, as well as Omy Design & Play, Inc., are located in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or otherwise by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
