Refund policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. This policy applies to orders delivered outside the United States and Canada (for those countries, see the “US & Canada Terms of Sale” in our Terms of Sale).

How to return a product

  1. Let us know within 14 days of receipt via our contact form, stating your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form included in our Terms of Sale.
  2. For deliveries to mainland France or another European Union country (excluding French overseas territories), we send you a prepaid return label. For other destinations, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and French overseas territories, return costs are at your expense.
  3. Send the products back within 14 days of your request, to the following address:

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned products and the standard delivery costs paid, no later than 14 days after your request. If you chose express delivery, the extra cost compared with standard delivery is not refunded. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order. If you prefer, we can offer you a store credit instead, only with your agreement.

Products must be returned complete and in the condition in which you received them. A used product (poster or colouring started, sticker applied, product applied to the skin) has lost all or part of its value: this loss in value is deducted from the refund and may amount to the full price of the product.

Non-returnable products

Personalised or made-to-order products, including OMY Portrait products, are not eligible for withdrawal.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming product

Contact us via our contact form with your order number and photos. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects, described in our Terms of Sale. In this case, return costs are covered by us, whatever the destination.
