Returning a product

To return a product, please use our contact page and include:

• your first and last name;
• your phone number;
• the order number;
• the reason for the return;
• the proof of non-conformity (if applicable).

Once we have received your request, we will send you a return label.

Deadline: the return must be made within 14 days of purchase. The product must be intact and in its original packaging.
